The Doctors at Advanced Pain Recovery Center encourage an integrated approach to physical wellness, with "whole body" treatment that encourages; lifestyle and nutritional changes, meditation, relaxation, physical and mental exercise, and positive reinforcement.
Dr. Baldwin and Dr. Webster in addition to non-invasive, drug-free treatment to promote necessary healing also incorporate small changes in lifestyle and diet (that) can be life-changing for their patients.
An anti-inflammatory diet is encouraged. You will be given personal counseling and recommendations. Lab tests may be required to choose your best plan.

Drs. Baldwin and Webster know that life is busy and stressful. While we cannot adequately stress the importance of regular exercise and proper diet, we understand that major change is difficult. But, the importance of gut health is vital to living your life WELL. 70% of your immune system is found in your gut.

Finding Better Ways to Fitness and Health
Drs. Baldwin and Webster know that when you are in pain the first thing is for us to reduce your pain to a level where you can get out and move. Health is movement. As your body heals the doctors will help you with a program of exercise that fits your wellness level. A gym membership is not required. They will advise you on things you can do from home. Of course, you will start slowly and work yourself up to exercising 3-4 times a week. They are here to help YOU be the best YOU that YOU can be.
